Civil War Block of the Month
Participants are welcome to stop in the second Thursday, Friday, or Saturday of each month to pick up the new block! This program runs until December 2010.

Cutting workshop from 10:30 – 12:30 (Cost: $15) and project session from 1:30 – 3:00 (Cost: $20). Learn to cut and organize scraps in the morning and start the Runaway Thread project in the afternoon! Instructor: Lynne Blackman.

American Beauty

Beginning Quilting (Two class sequence)
6:00 – 9:00                March 11th & March 25th
Learn how to choose fabric, use the rotary cutter, and impeccably piece, quilt, and bind your first masterpiece! You’ll learn popular techniques and be ready to take on new projects! Instructor: Laurie Eason. Cost: $50 + fabric and supplies.

Tablerunner Tuesday
1:00 – 4:00              May 11th
Make a new and different seasonal tablerunner each month with Laurie Eason. Cost: $30.00 + fabric, pattern and supplies.

Sashiko Sampler
1:00 – 4:00                March 14th
Learn the Sashiko decorative stitching technique as you create a pillow top! Instructor: Laurie Eason. Cost: $30 + supplies.

My Favorite Jacket (Two Class Sequence)
1:00 – 4:00                March 16th & March 23rd
A sharp, casual jacket! Offered in three lengths, this jacket will look great with jeans or a casual skirt! [My Favorite Jacket pattern required]. Instructor: Laurie Eason. Cost: $60 + fabric and supplies.

Hunter’s Star (Two class sequence)
1:00 - 4:00                March 17th and March 24th
Learn to make perfect Hunter’s Star using Deb Tucker’s Hunter’s Star ruler! Instructor: Laurie Eason. Cost: $55 + ruler, fabric, and pattern.

Finishing Your Quilt: Bindings
6:00 – 9:00                March 18th
It’s pieced and quilted – now it’s time to finish it! Make a binding “sampler” to have as a referene. Instructor: Laurie Eason. Cost: $25.

Paper Piecing for Beginners (Two Sessions)
6:00 – 9:00                March 25th & April 8th
If you have always wanted to learn to paper piece, take this class! We will be learning the technique of paper piecing as we construct blocks for a small quilt top. Instructor: Laurie Interlante. Cost: $55.00 pattern included, plus supplies.

Charmed 1930’s Quilt

Painted Dogwood Wreath

Serger Club

Get the most out of your serger as Laurie Eason guides you through the many techniques you can use. Cost: $25.00.

Free Motion Quilting (Two Sessions)
10:30 – 12:00              April 17th & May 1st
Learn free motion quilting techniques as you complete a pillow top. Instructor: Gloria Stewart. Cost: $35.00 plus supplies.

Spring Mama Block
1:00 – 4:00                April 17th
Make a pieced and appliquéd project just in time for Mother's Day! Instructor: Laurie Eason. Cost: $25.00 plus supplies.

Jubilee Diamonds (Two Sessions)
6:30 – 9:00                April 29th & May 13th
Learn a quick way to make this stunning diamond quilt top. Instructor: Candace Bracy. Cost: $65.00 + pattern and supplies

Boston Commons Quilt
10:00 – 4:00                 May 15th & May 22nd
Make a beautiful quilt and learn strip piecing techniques with Merry May and Quilt in a Day! For advanced beginners - you must have rotary cutting experience and be able to sew an accurate 1/4" seam!Cost: $65.00 plus book and supplies.

Class Policies

CLASS FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. YOU MAY REGISTER IN PERSON, BY PHONE OR MAIL.
A refund of store credit only is provided if you cancel 1 week prior to the start of the class. If the cancellation is less than one week, no refund will be given.
If Atlantic County Quilts cancels a class due to lack of participation, the class fee will be refunded or transferred to another class.
Class minimum is 3 students and is reserved on a first come, first served basis.
Children and guests may not accompany you to class.
In order to keep class fees reasonable, we ask that you purchase your class supplies at Atlantic County
Quilts.
Supply lists will be available at registration. If it is not available at that time, you will be notified when it becomes available.
Students are required to bring a sewing machine in good working order and basic sewing supplies to each class. If the student wishes to use one of our machines, it must be reserved at the time of registration.
Basic sewing supplies include: Scissors, thread, rotary cutter, ruler, mat, marking pencil, seam ripper and pins.
Each student must have a legal copy of the pattern or book.
If help is needed for selection of class supplies, please do so a few days before the class, as classes will start on time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to set up and be ready to start.
